Hey everyone!
No I did not finish the remix challenge, but I have been pondering a lot my call to be set-apart from the world and be a lover of the lover of my soul Jesus Christ. I have been learning to sing and play on the piano the song the Power of the Cross recently. Its really a song that expresses my hearts cry to realize the awesome power of our God and how He endured the cross because of our sin and He was raised to life and now lives! Amazing!
My blog will be silent for a while as I do not have a camera, but I have lots of thrift store finds, sewing projects, and other things to share with you all when I get my camera again. My sister is in Florida and she has the camera, hence no pictures or blog posts recently. I have also found I have been getting more done without my blog to have to update daily with the remix challenge. It was fun! But I am doing a break from blogging for a while. Not sure how long, but its really helped me to grow closer to the Lord and my family as well as have a better study schedule.
Oh and I sold my first two items on my etsy store this past week as well! That was exciting! I will be sewing some new things for the shop soon.

Taking time away is wonderful...It does bring you so much closer to Our Lord and then when He shows you that it is time to go back...you are full of ideas and excitement!

I know I have been dealing with the same thing, both in reading books and in blogging. I realize how important it is to examine every aspect in my life and make sure nothing is hindering me in growing more intimately with Christ, as well as keeping up with my daily tasks and chores.

It is truly beautiful and special. I actually tried looking for a place to buy their cd's and came across this website where you can download over 40 of their songs for free!

hey everyone! yes I am blogging again, but I am trying to do it in moderation. Yes I have gotten more done, but yesterday I spent too much time in blog land again. So I am doing just 1 hour per day. that will be an adjustment! but its what the Lord wants!
