I want to live like that!!!
Melanie over at Forever His Servant shared this video today and I want to say that this is who we should be in Christ! We should live recklessly abandoned to Christ! We should abandon this life to live a life in Christ! I fall short of this high calling so many times, but I want to strive to get up with Gods help and live for Christ.

Gianna Jessen Abortion Survivor
This is a powerful testimony! I commend Gianna for sharing her story and not being afraid to be persecuted just as our Jesus was for us! Praise God she is willing to stand up for Christ. May we all be willing to do the same!
So I am a little comfortable......
here in my bed here in the USA where it seems that most babies have loving parents. But its all a lie, every day millions of babies are killed due to abortion and I hate that fact. I recently watched October baby with friends on saturday and was reminded again how precious my life is! I was given the chance to live instead of to die in a literal and spiritual sense! I am alive here on earth and I am alive in Christ. I was dead and now I am alive because of Jesus.
A friend of mine Hannah over at Loving Dangerously is trying to raise money for two little girls to have surgery so they can live. I want you all above all to pray that these girls would be able to live for Christ to the fullest. Pray that they would be able to get their surgeries to live on this earth for Jesus.
You can visit the blog Hannah and her friend Lindsay have put together here. If you feel lead please donate so they can have their much needed surgeries and please pray with me for these girls and other orphans who want to live a full life.
Please pray with me along with Hannah and Lindsay for these babies as they strive to live a full life.
In Christ,
Rebecca

Room Re-do Part 1 The Closet
Ok I admit it my closet has always been pretty darn scary! I have never had a really organized closet, I have always bought clothing I did not need because I could not find the item in my closet I wanted. But now I need not fear the black hole, its not a hole anymore! Now I can see everything and everything is in its place. :) I switched out my spring/summer clothing from my winter clothing this week and love love my revamped closet! You can see my before and after above.
Now all my winter clothing is put away in storage bins under my bed and old clothing that I did not need is gone. Woohoo for purging. :) I found that color coding the clothing has helped a lot! All my shirts and sweaters are sorted by color which helps a ton! All my jackets are in one spot, all my skirts are together. All my dresses can actually hang without being too smushed together because I purged. I now fold a lot of shirts and put them in the black bins on either side of my closet.
I also now actually have a spot for my laundry basket as you can see on the bottom left. I even have a place for my summer hat I recently thrifted and my purses and summer scarves are all in my new dresser. More pictures of my new room coming soon. I hope this post was inspiring for spring cleaning. I love cleaning and can't believe still how organized my closet is now. I watched a lot of organizational closet videos on youtube to help me figure how to organize it. I totally recommend that for inspiration.
God bless!

Thrifting Haul
Hey everyone!
Finally I was able to upload this video to youtube. Sorry for the long wait! Sorry that it is sideways, I could not fix it. I feel silly posting it that way, but after all the work to upload it I thought I would post it anyway.
Have a lovely day!
In Christ,
Rebecca

Everything Skit
This skit came out a long time ago, but its timeless. In my generation of now college age adults Satan is rampant and wants to get our attention in many ways as portrayed in this video. May God be our everything instead of these sins being our everything!
A video about thrifting coming soon once I can get my camera to work properly. :) Also a post about my room which has been changed once again.
In Christ,
Rebecc

My Walk With the Lord original song by myself
I think you all will enjoy this video, except the camera fell in the middle, so you cannot see me sing for the whole thing, but you can hear me. :) Sorry about that! I wrote this song 2 years ago and have been adding lyrics and verses ever since. I love the melody and hope it encourages you!
In Christ,
Rebecca

Cherry Lipstick is my friend
I bought this cherry lipstick at the dollar store a while ago and decided to try it again today. I really like it! What do you guys think? Do any of you wear lipstick or lip gloss on a daily basis or just for special occasions??
God bless,
Rebecca

Thrift store finds and Granny Squares
Hey gals!
I found an amazing find when I stopped by the thrift store today on my daily walk. A pendleton wool skirt!! Its robins egg blue and goes oh so well with my red belt and red purse I also scored.
It gave me a happier mood to put on this ensemble. Sorry I could not get a picture of me in the ensemble because my sister has the camera at her internship and these are photos on my ipod. Not the best, but better than nothing.
A friend of mine is having friends of hers make 12" by 12" squares for blankets she will make to give to missionaries over seas to give to the poor. I decided to help her out in this endeavor and made one square today and started on another. I love purple, blue, white, and green and brown!
The best part you can mediate on Scripture and use up your scrap yarns at the same time. :)
God bless!
Rebecca
